Cell Phones
Cell Phones are available for rental through Travel Services Inc. for your guests’ needs. Please ask our Sales Staff about current rates and availability.

Dispatch and Meet & Greet Staff
You can feel confident knowing that Travel Services is always there - coordinating, communicating and making your group feel comfortable! We offer Dispatch and Meet & Greet staff for all arrivals, departures, tours, and transfers. Staff is in position 30 minutes prior to commencement of services. They confirm the arrival of all necessary vehicles and drivers. They are there to coordinate all as-pects including baggage, vouchers, payments, or anything else required. They also keep constant communication with our main office, ensuring that all no-shows, cancellations, and adjustments are immediately known and plans are adjusted.

Hospitality Desk
There are several advantages to providing Hospitality Staff for your group. Our Staff provides a local knowledge of Puerto Rico in assisting your clients. They are there to sign up people for the tours and different activities the group is sponsoring and provide informational on optional tours. They are there to provide a presence for your group, providing reassurance and a smile to all who stop by..
